It got House Republican votes because they think that now Senate Reps can get the social program bill either pared down or killed if the Dems won’t budge. Well, that and some of them see a lot more Federal money coming to their States. The six Dems, on the other hand, voted against it based on the original hold it hostage until we get what they want on the social bill.

Leave it to 13 R to help D fan inflation and prop up the puppet president.

Every one of them said working people don’t matter.

Especially stupid on the heels of the NJ VA voter rebuke.

These 13 Rs quite possibly voted for their own early retirement? But if their district will be enjoying the taxpayers money?
The Republicans who voted in favor of the bill were: Don Bacon of Nebraska, Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania, Andrew Garbarino of New York, Anthony Gonzalez of Ohio, John Katko of New York, Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, Nicole Malliotakis of New York, David McKinley of West Virginia, Tom Reed of New York, Chris Smith of New Jersey, Fred Upton of Michigan, Jeff van Drew of New Jersey and Don Young of Alaska.

It’s about time they got this bill passed. Our country has need infrastructure investment for a long time. Finally, no more kicking the can down the road. If it were up to me, I’d cut the defense budget by 30% and investment that money in infrastructure for the next 15 years. We have a lot of work to do.

I’m for investment in roads, bridges, rails & ports but curiously there’s spending for “electric car charging stations”? Who is going to profit from that? Solyndra 2.0? Somebody gonna get paid. Also taxpayers money “to make states enforce laws of open alcoholic containers in cars”? If it’s already a law, why does money have to be spent to enforce the law?
I’m actually happy “der squad” did not support legislation to improve roads, bridges, broadband or ports in their districts. Their opponents come
re-Election will at least have something to inform the sheeple.

Wait, they want them to enforce that more? Won’t that result in cops pulling over minorities to search their vehicles? And yes, I have the same question about the EV chargers. Where will the profit go?

Biden got something done in 10 months that Trump couldn’t do in 4 years.

Hmm, I wonder who blocked him?

Republicans. :joy::joy::joy:

Cool story bro. How on earth did it fail with unanimous democratic support?

Yay it passed🤬.

Prediction…in a year or two from now they ll want another infrastructure bill and we’ll all be wondering what they did with that last trillion dollars…

And pumping more printed money into the economy is just going to add fuel to this inflationary fire…

How? Well Trump walked out of negotiations because his feelings were hurt. He had full democratic support at the time.

I see those EV chargers in front of libraries, Target, Walmart etc. Always empty. Sometimes if you waste money building it they still won’t come.

They will be, the EV switch is coming.

%5 will go to infrastructure. The rest will be wasted on leftist insanity, the money will be printed, inflation will go up MORE, then the working people will be trashed AGAIN from the 13 RINO’s, & democrats.
How much offence is enough to primary the RINO’s? How much more do you have to see from these democrat “Lite’s” before they get thrown out, primaried, seen for what they are?

It’s our own fault we have neglected our infrastructure for so long. When a bridge inspector has to call 911 to shutdown traffic, it’s time to spend some money.

Bullcrap. It’s NOT an infrastructure bill, it’s a leftist spendthrift bill with 5% infrastructure to put lipstick on a PIG.

Gonna’ be sweet, all the added inflation, 98,000 new IRS agents to harass the middle class, & trash small businesses. Yea!

In a year they’ll be a Republican majority. Then we’ll see who the real Bull ■■■■ artists are.

It’s NOT infrastructure. 5% is, not the rest.
