That was the bar set the summer before by lib riotesrs. That is one reason the political riots of the left were relevant and there should have been a committee, a real bipartisan committee, on all recent political riots/protests.

Again, with Trump flags everywhere, the rioters (and Trump) made themselves a willing target for all that’s happening now. If last summer’s riots were by folks waving Biden flags, there’d have been hearings. Simply too good for politicians to pass up.
