Yes, even when fomenting an overthrow of the government, communications on private devices are covered.

Big whatever happened to wanting to string Clinton up for email practices don’t seem to hold anybody with an R after their name to any sort of standard.

I doubt if Trump considered that he was trying to overthrow the government. He may well argue that the conversations were private political associations and not government records.
Certainly a partisan political committee is not the final arbiter of that.

Yeah he might. Trump makes a lot of stupid arguments because he doesn’t know anything.

With just what is known publicly there was a concerted and organized effort to overthrow the election and Donald Trump was central to it. If Trump is so addled that he didn’t know what he was doing, I’m not sure that’s exculpatory.

Well according to a judge that over saw the emails when it came to decisioning on whether to hand them over to the committee found that Trump more likely then not is guilty of said crime.

Now you got a 7 hour gap in phone records…

The Capitol was not entered until an hour AFTER Trump concluded speaking.

That’s incorrect. There were barriers that were breached at 2pm, almost an hour after Trump’s speech ended.

So the question is if restricted area barriers were known to those who crossed after the barriers were removed. But that is the sort of question that will only arise if you have a real bipartisan committee where different sides are looking at actions from different angles.
That is not this committee hand picked by Democrats.
That is why nothing they say is worth discussing.

Not a hero. A victim.

I actually agree with this.

She was a victim of all the lies that she believed.

And a trigger happy cop.

I’m curious can you name one?
I live in a (southern) state where personal protection is quite normal and folks legally carry with a CCWP.
However, as the LEO who administered the class said: “Castle Doctrines and Stand your Ground has limitations. Best to familiarize yourself with them before taking for granted the weapons permit gives you the right to start blasting away at an intruder or a trespasser. You could be charged with felony murder.”

Which lies?
The election was rigged somehow?
Votes were improperly counted or not at all?
81 million people voted for a career politician who’s job for 50 years has been grifting the taxpayers, pandering to minorities and slinging hopes lies and bull ■■■■■
Wait that last one might be true.

81 million people voted for the person not named Trump.

Hard to say that a guy who took one shot was trigger happy.

Yeah… those are lies.

Not if the shot was unnecessary. One “trigger happy” knee got cities burned down and another bad cop years in prison.
He knew he had claimed his victim.
Now, if a jury agrees he was justified, I could be ok with that.
