You are believing the lies.

Trump wanted the National Guard to be there to protect his supporters… but his offer of 10,000 troops never happened.

Pelosi and Schumer never denied the request because it isn’t their job to be in the day to day operations… and even if it was… Schumer was not in charge of the Senate… McConnell was.

And none of that has anything to do with Trump doing nothing for hours while the Capitol was under attack. It took Pence to authorize for more aid to be sent to the Capitol.

He wanted people with guns, knives and spears let in without going through metal detectors so he could encourage them to march on the capital.

He refused to tell people not to breach the capital.

He refused to call their actions illegal.

He tweeted out that Pence lacked courage and did the wrong thing after being told they were chaining to hang him.

He suggested the chants were right - they had a point.

He Did nothing for hours while people stormed the capital and everyone around him implored him to issue a statement.

He Told his people he didn’t think they were doing anything wrong.

He wanted to issue a statement that he would pardon anyone arrested for storming the capital.

But hey, he didn’t go their himself, so, no big deal…

Crazy.

Ironic post is ironic.

Why did so many people in trumps orbit refuse to testify under oath so they could tell their side of the story?

They set up a war room so they could figure out how to stop the electoral count from happening that very day, in a continued effort to have Trump remain as president, despite his losing of the election.

That’s what the war room was for.

It’s weird you don’t know that.

Who has the committee refused to let testify under oath?

The GOP wanted to put people on the committee who asked trump for pardons after the events of Jan 6 - the events they were investigating.

Does that seem like a good idea to you?

No actually.

Pelosi refused to put people on the committee who asked for pardons because of their actions on the day the committee was investigating.

Do you think that was a bad decision?

She then asked McCarthy for other people, and he refused.

And BTW this is AFTER mcConnell refused a bipartisan, bicameral committee.

  1. The only reason Pelosi formed the committee was because MCConnell refused to form an even split, joint committee.

That’s reality.

  1. She refused 2 or three people who asked for pardons for their participation in the events they were investigating.

Does that seem like a good or bad decision to you?

She then asked for other names, and mccarthy walked away.

Do you think they selectively protect?

This isn’t true. Of the people McCarthy nominated, Pelosi objected to only two, and of the others she didn’t object to, none of them voted to convict Trump at his impeachment trial.

There you go making excuses for the inexcusable. IF…YOU are in charge and Pelosi was…the buck of responsibility stops there.

OK…this entire J6 cult hearing exercise is now hilariously inept and an endless trough of meme gold.

The seriousness is super funny now.

Credibility is just another word.

Just curious how many of the good folks here that are all gleefully excited about the Jan. 6th. committee spent around 3 years promoting the Russian Collusion hoax.

Show of hands, please.
