I think that what the question is how much do Trump supports believe that the sworn testimony of the folks who have testified is credible?

What would you think of a trial where only the prosecution was allowed to call witnesses or present testimony?

Don’t exaggerate. Sure, it’s a partisan committee intended to give support for Democrats in future elections, but I wouldn’t call it an attempt to steal the presidency.

There is a reason why the focus is continually on the riot and not the part where Trump used the power of the office to attempt to overturn the results of the election that he knew that he lost using a strategy that he knew was unconstitutional and fundraising off of lying to people.

That part… can’t just wave away.
