Were you part of a sustained attack on the Capitol building while that happened?

It doesn’t matter. The only thing that came within 40 feet of each other were their paths. For all we know, Pense and the rioters were never closer than several hundred feet along various hallways and possibly different floors of each other at any given time.

Pretty amazing that Fox News can’t downplay the testimony or attack the person’s giving it. Even Trump in his statement today knows (as a savy TV kinda guy) that these presentations are not good for him.
I see some Trump supporters on these boards writing all of this off and say that nobody is paying attention to these hearings. It will be interesting to see what the level of attention will be if the DOJ starts issuing indictments. And I think that this might be a real possibility given the testimony given today regarding the “fake electors”.

It doesn’t matter. The only thing that came within 40 feet of each other were their paths. For all we know the rioters were never closer than several hundred feet along various hallways and possibly different floors of each other at any given time.

I came in direct contact with Michael Dukakis when he was running for President in 1988.

Believe me that the Secret Service was displeased.

And we already know from video evidence that no…it wasn’t just paths that crossed.
