“A source close to the secret service.”

What do you think a leak is?

Planning to go to the Capitol is not a crime regardless of what anybody thinks they know about what Trump thought he would do when he got there. Motive, opportunity, means. The trifecta of criminal investigation. Trump might have had a motive, but his opportunity was denied him, and he did not have the means to carry out his presumed motive. There was no credible attempt to comit a crime.

As she testified under oath, I am inclined to believe her testimony that a person she worked with said something to her.

Another funny one i remember is when he was buying that golf course in Scotland and wanted a local man’s land that was adjacent to the course.
The guy wouldn’t sell so Trump proceeds to launch a local and national (uk) smear campaign against him. I remember him saying the guy was filthy living in unsafe unsanitary conditions and should be evicted i think he even tried to petition parliament to remove him.
Guy was a farmer a normal local farmer, who never done nuthin on no one
sooo bizarre.

Even in the mid eighties I always remember a story that was quite big at the time as it involved a well known newscaster Selina Scott from BBC or ITV news.
She was doing a detailed interview with and about Trump. Well he came onto her in a big way saying she looked like Princess Diana (which she kinda did), she rebuked him laughed at the idea of a brash dumb bs artist thinking she’d be remotely interested in him.
The rejection didn’t go so well and he started sending her vicious letters threatening to sue her.
It became like harrassment and she threatened legal action.
He continued to publicly defame and slag her off long after the fact. Just wouldn’t let it go.
She called him the combover creep who hates women lol.
Sounds kinda familiar eh.

You are right. Hearsay is not evidence. In a court of law, it would be excluded. That just goes to prove the accusation
this is a witch hunt, with no pretense of fairness.

And yet it happens in courtrooms all the time.

For a variety of reasons.

once again you’re confused. i’ve said nothing about her credibility, I’ve said her testimony about what one person told her another person said or did is not credible. it establishes nothing.

you literally wrote an actual narrative. like, as a writer. lol.

yes i know i never said otherwise.

i also know. but it’s compelling. remember, this isn’t a courtroom. it’s a political showcase showdown on the “Narrative is Right”

they refute her message. the issue is not whether she said it or not

YES!

its just not credible to establish anything other than person x told you something you did not witness and cannot testify to.

We agree. And no one here is saying (at least under oath) that it does anything more than that. That’s it. That’s all. We’ve actually been saying this over and over.

Clown show, not hearing.

Have you never been around a wealthy person.

Her only message was that someone said something to her.

then NBC sez they got a source that calls bs on what she sez they sez

Ok

So
you’re noy saying anything about her credibility - except that she’s not credible?

Oh yeah, definitely

That’s a pretty astounding record. He should take a trip to Vegas.
