More guns no. Publicly advertising that guns aren’t allowed in certain areas is also not working. It just makes for easier targets. Why don’t pawn shops get robbed on a regular basis? Why don’t banks? Because both of those things aren’t “gun free zones.”

We also don’t have mass shootings in courtrooms where criminals around the country are being tried? Those are “gun free zones.” You have to pass through security checkpoints and metal detectors before you can even get into those. I can’t remember either of those being at a movie theater.

They aren’t seperated like before. On the old forum, threads sent to something other than the main one often died, but that shouldn’t really happen here. If it’s a popular thread, it should survive no matter where it is located.

Video games aren’t broadcast on public networks. They are purchased to be used at home. No different than a DVD or Blu Ray.

There is a rating system; the industry polices itself. It’s not my fault that parents are too stupid to read them.

Statistics can be very misleading. How many of those suicides would not have occurred had no gun been present? Guns do not cause people to commit suicide, they simply make it quick and painless if done right. Most other means simply require more plannng and often have an element of uncertainty, but they are also readily available and are still used frequently in the absence of a gun.
