That’s a premature call. There is still the court arbitration phase to go, and we just don’t know how many votes counted in this round will be rejected by the courts as invalid because either spoiled or illegal. It’s not settled until the courts have ruled.

There is no mechanism in the United States for the courts to audit the vote. Any spoiled ballots are already not part of the count.

The best Trump can hope for is a recount, which is unlikely to make a difference.

The tallying of votes is not done by hand, it is done by machine. The process is observed by representatives of both campaigns, as well as neutral third parties.

Humans select the ballots that are fed into the machines. Machines operate by algorithms written by humans. There is plenty of scope for cheating.
