The claim in the OP is the nullifying an election amounts to fascism.
If the election lacks credibility as attested by the winners’ own statements before the election, then logically nullifying the results would be a first step in restoring election integrity.
Ensuring free and fair elections is the opposite of fascism in my book.
Republicans have passed laws in many states REDUCING voting opportunities. Democrats have the opposite stance. They have had that stance since VRA was passed.
Who today is against reaffirming the VRA?
