Certainly violations of human rights is worthy criticism. But this bill is just one among many violations. Everything from assassination of journalists to being responsible for the destruction of commercial airliners.
But you know, everyone does that so who cares. We are just as bad so why criticize Russia? At least that’s according to yiu and Trump.
Russia did help and want Trump to get elected.
