Absolutely. About 8 years ago in Louisville there were several of these “flash mobs”, some violent, close to downtown, around the tourist areas, that were kept hush-hush. Only an indy newspaper and people who went live with scanner activity broadcast the news for the masses.
Things like this rarely get reported if they are in areas trying to get tourist dollars, especially if the ones doing the bad behavior are “youths”.

Perpetuating and then complaining. Tsk, tsk.

Yes it is about cities I don’t like, crime is one of the major factors, I lived in NO wouldn’t go there if you paid me too. Same as Las Vegas and Miami. I didn’t know I had to name every city I disliked to get you to stop lieing abut what the Residence of NYC think of their crime level. I will post it again since you cut it out.

76%, 24% higher then any previous poll says crime is a serious problem. But hey

Good. Stay away.

Sincerly, NYC.

Stop clutching your pearls and concern-trolling about a city you hate, and I’ll stop making fun of the hypocrisy of it all.

It is also being reported that in this most recent event there were no arrests made. None.

I wonder if the new IRS agents will go after the looters for failing to report the value of their theft on their tax return?

So if Biden is responsible for this crime against the 7-11, that means Trump is responsible for the 2020 summer riots, right?

I believe the discussion is placing the blame on Democrat policies in general, especially those Democrat run cities where crime is rampant.

They say the loss of short term memory and the ability to follow along is the first sign.

But don’t worry, I got your back. We can go with your tangent and pretend it’s OK.

Are the buses from the border going to worsen or improve the homeless situation in your beloved ■■■■ hole?

What do you think Bob?

 Amazing.

Stop taking money out of the central coffers to not address it.

First off, Adams is worse than DeBlasio 2.0. Having been a cop one would hope he had at least a little sense.; he doesn’t.

As for hotels for the migrants from Texas, there isn’t much choice in the short term. Better that than add to the homeless population.

What about the medium term? They are homeless Bob.

They aren’t on the street, that’s the difference.

:rofl::+1:t5:They will be.

There is a high chance that at some point during Adams’s time in office there is going to be a scandal involving suitcases of cash.

Motels in the outer boroughs have been a stop gap to house homeless people for years now. It is because no one wants to build actual housing for low income people and NYCHA is corruptly and ineptly run.
