Houston, Newark, San Bernardino, Detroit, Michigan, and Jersey City.
I doubt that Detroit is among the dirtiest. Rustiest, maybe.
11 of the top 25 cities are in states with Republican Governors. Are any of the Governors working with the Mayors to make this better? I could not find any reference to that happening.

I don’t doubt it, but San Bernadino is surprising.
Why isn’t NYC on the list? It’s a hot, humid city with millions of people, rats walking around eating pizza, and chuds.
