Time to stop doing EO’s and get his party which has the majority to start submitting bills to address what he is addresaing via EO.

If I were part of the Co Equal Legislative Branch I would be demanding that the House and Senate start re asserting its Constitutional role…Aka fewer vacations and more actually doing the jobs the voters gave them.

Specifically regarding the EO, I can only speculate: I believe Biden was fulfilling a campaign promise. Furthermore, I believe that he expects the order to be knocked down by the courts.

The loan forgiveness is important to his base, and it doesn’t hurt to get caught trying. As an added bonus, he can assign blame to the GOP and the courts.
