He doesn’t. Quite the opposite, in fact.

And so, correct to assume that he’s your dream candidate ? i.e. if you could, your entire municipal, state and federal government would be nothing but thousands of Gavin Newsoms ?

My governor wears a tie to work as well. Newsome isn’t the only poll who dresses like a man.

In fact most of them do. So I have my pick.

And does your governor govern in a way similar to mr. Newsom having the same policy positions ?

I don’t advocate for shorts and hoodies on the Senate floor but I for one would love to see ties put in the dust bin of history just like the wigs the founders use to wear.

Oh please get over yourself. Such a drama over nothing.

How about the women pols? Do you want them to dress like men, or would that be kinda like reverse drag?

Now there’s a question rooted in argumentative desperation. :+1:

I don’t think suits and ties are necessary but sweatpants and crocs aren’t a great idea either this isn’t a pajama day at school.

As long as they govern in the way that makes this country a better place, don’t care if they wear wife-beaters and boxers and cover themselves in glitter…

When you have a guy I can’t stand politically my thought process does not go to “well at least they wear a suit”.

Yeah. And same exact goes for guys I can stand politically, or even love politically. What do I care what they’re wearing ?

The hollowed halls of mocracy or something…

The hoodies and shorts thing seems out of place for me. I get not wanting to go full penguin but you don’t need a suit and tie to look sharp and professional.

he’s alright

Yeah, Trump sure did do a number on the respectability of the executive branch, I’ll give you that.

Yeah but you see he’d sound way smarter if only he’d been in a suit :business_suit_levitating:
