The Democrat Leadership’s socialist/communist wealth tax

I work my ass off…almost everyday…and have for decades. I’m approaching the retirement age but probably will not retire. I’ve got too many irons in the fire right now. That said, I saw where Bernie is proposing for the government to tax anything I’ve earned over 3.5 million during my lifetime…is to be taxed again at 45% upon my death. ■■■■ YOU! I’ve paid my taxes every year and given the government their share…every year. Now because of their irresponsible corrupt spending, they think this is right? ■■■■ you!

Bernie disagrees with you.

But, in speaking about the socialist/communist inspired income tax, JUSTICE FULLER, points out:

“If, by calling a tax indirect when it is essentially direct, the rule of protection could be frittered away, one of the great landmarks defining the boundary between the nation and the states of which it is composed, would have disappeared, and with it one of the bulwarks of private rights and private property.” POLLOCK v. FARMERS’ LOAN & TRUST CO., 157 U.S. 429 (1895)

This is what the Bernie and Warren wealth tax is about . . . dissolving constitutional protection against government’s impingement upon private rights and private property, and accomplishing this communist goal by instigating outright class warfare.

Justice Fuller warned us by concluding:

Here I close my opinion. I could not say less in view of questions of such gravity that go down to the very foundation of the government. If the provisions of the Constitution can be set aside by an act of Congress, where is the course of usurpation to end? The present assault upon capital is but the beginning. It will be but the stepping stone to others, larger and more sweeping, till our political contests will become a war of the poor against the rich; a war constantly growing in intensity and bitterness.

Forewarned is forearmed

John Adams was absolutely correct when he pointed out that “democracy” [a mob rule system of government contrary to our constitutionally limited “Republican Form of Government”] will envy all, contend with all, endeavor to pull down all; and when by chance it happens to get the upper hand for a short time, it will be revengeful, bloody, and cruel…”.
Witness today the suicidal path our democrat socialists have chosen to take, supported by a Fifth Colum media and Yellow Journalists.

That’s a double taxation. There’s nothing right about it though the never do wells will love it of course.

It’s not a death tax. It’s an inheritance tax…

One of these things is not like the other…

A one-time federal property tax was passed during John Adams’ presidency. Sounds like one to me though I am open to the idea that it was still unconstitutional.

This is another reason for the deep state op against our president. Trumps approval was rising in the face of the dem debates. You won’t be see too many more dem debates. Free health care for non-citizens and Gun Grabbing didn’t seem to help them.

CNN?DNC apparently was going to have a few nights of debate in a row during Oct, but has decided to do it all in one night…lol!

They cant tax you retroactively

They didnt seem to mind when they passed the new tax law and I can only deduct a portion of my state taxes

The very idea of promoting a “wealth tax” is to foment class warfare and hate against success.

As I previously pointed out, a “wealth tax” does sound great and appeals to the less educated and average income earning citizen, which is, in general, the largest segment of our nation’s population, and why these Democrat snakes promote a wealth tax which is designed to fuel a class warfare fight during the coming election.

It’s not democrats who are destroying the country, stupid. It’s the Democrat Party Leadership that is destroying the Country, by trying to overturn an election using impeachment.

Really? Who pays it and what precipitates it being due?

It isn’t up to the rest of us to subsidize your state income taxes.

So tax deductions are subsidies. I could have so much fun with that.

If you’re getting a write off on your federal taxes for your state taxes under the modern definition yes, your state taxes are being subsidized by the rest of us.

When someone likes it they call it a deduction. When someone doesn’t like it they call it a subsidy.

You don’t know the half of it. Look at all of those billionaires whose net worth is subsidized by the 99%.

So you can’t point to an area of the constitution that allows for a direct tax on a person’s wealth.

Remember direct taxes are supposed to be apportioned among the states. 16th made it so you can tax income. And a wealth tax is not taxing income.

And especially not in freaken communist New York.

It’s not a “Deep State”. It’s a subversive “Shadow Government” which began to entrench itself during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Its mission being, to advance GLOBALIST and socialist policies, and obstruct attempts to roll back such policies.

And how is that done? It’s done through the notoriously evil tax calculated from income.

“……with all these blessings, what more is necessary to make us a happy and a prosperous people? Still one thing more, fellow-citizens—a wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities“. Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address

No, it’s still a deduction. And they are still not paying their fair share of central government taxes.

Their state income taxes have nothing to do with the central government.

It doesn’t matter what I choose to do with the money I earned. It’s none of your’s or anybody else’s business. Also…why does my death have any bearing on this? It’s mine…period and no one has the right to say otherwise.
