And that’s all leftists have to fall back on.

Biden has created a giant cluster ■■■■ with his presidency…The southern border…monstrous spending bulls that we don’t need and can’t afford…they are obviously committed to dragging out the virus forever (maybe it’ll be easier to keep the “emergency” Covid voting rules in place…energy independence, don’t need it…inflation offsetting any wage increases…they want children to be wearing masks forever if the teachers unions don’t tell clueless Joe they aren’t going back to school…Biden daily bitches about unvaccinated Americans while shipping unvaccinated Covid positive illegals all over the country.

Now this stupid administration has the cdc making laws that will hurt landlords all over the country. That’s millions of people…short term. Long term I can see the lawless stupidity of ms walinsky from this week increasing homelessness in America.

If you voted for Biden I guess I kind of get the endless deflection to someone else because this clown sucks.

Biden is just the ventriloquists dummy for whomever is running him

Good!

Nope. Sorry.

Agencies are empowered to issue rules, and the courts decide if the rule is unconstitutional, not some random dude online.

Lol. I agree 100%. Highly unconstitutional.

Just like terris law pushed by jebbie.

You don’t have to be a constitutional scholar to see it.

Allan

Lol. Parsing.

Everyone including Biden knows it.

Allan

It is unConstitutional whether “the courts” say it is or not.

Quote the Constitution where it gives the CDC any such authority.

The court does not make something unconstitutional they rule whether it is or not constitutional. If they rule it is unconstitutional that means it always was. But you knew that and are playing your silly word games.

Not this nonsense again. You know perfectly well where and how federal agencies derive their rules making authority.

So how do you account for the fact that a differently staffed court would find this constitutional?

No I don’t. Show me the CDC’s “rule making authority”.

You have identified the problem.

This is not my best area of knowledge, but isn’t it the case that all the CDC can do is provide information and guidance? Do they also have the authority to make law? Because I thought that was the role of Congress?

I did a search of “ who makes rules and laws?”

I found this from an old thing called The Constitution?

“All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

The centers for disease control doesn’t seem to be mentioned in there anywhere!

To be honest that tells me we need to be damned careful who we elect with the authority to staff the court.
