The truth is, Donald Trump’s border security policies benefit the real immigrants, especially those who are not filthy rich elites in the third world (Mexico, Central America, South America, Asia and Africa).
The policies supported by Susan Collins, democrats like Nancy Pelosi and the Bush family actually hurt immigration and especially those foreigners who are not filthy rich but would love to be able to visit, work or even someday live in the United States.
Here’s why: When you refuse to enforce the laws on the books, such as deporting undocumented aliens, foreigners who have overstayed VISAs it results in the requirement in VISA applications that have been instated at least back to the President George H W Bush era which is that the foreign VISA applicant MUST prove he has so much money in the bank and own so much property in his home country that he would never leave it all behind by trying to illegally stay in the United States beyond the date of the VISA expiration.
If laws were enforced, law breakers deported and VISA holders monitored from the time they arrive until the time it’s time to leave, we’d be able to lift the requirement in the VISA applications and allow more visitors to come to the USA on vacation knowing that our government would be able to quickly deal with those who try to stay beyond their VISA expiration date. That only benefits foreign nationals as visitors in the USA.
Donald Trump’s ideas actually help make it possible to allow more VISAs to be issued to more than just the rich elites in Mexico, Central America, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Asia, Africa, South America because the US will have regained control of the border, the tracking of VISA holders staying in the USA and enforcing the laws already in the books.
This is REAL immigration reform and a win win solution for both the United States and those in other countries that would love to visit the USA someday with the intention of coming legally with plans of returning before the expiration date on their VISA.
