Canada doesn’t have a gun “culture” guns are mostly viewed as a tool for hunting, hobby ownership is very low compared to hunting.

Black bears are pretty docile. I see 1 or two every year in PA.

I read one article recently that said global warming was a big issue in Canada. Living in Texas, that’s a little hard for me to understand. Warming could be ten times what the worst claim, and they still wouldn’t have the heat we have in Texas.
I would think they would be welcoming it.
