Well, you could live in an area where non-whites are in the majority.
Actually, Dallas would be that way as far as non Hispanic whites.
Actually, as far as non-Hispanic whites, Texas would be that way.
Not that way in the US as a whole yet.
In the world as a whole whites would be a small minority.
So its getting difficult to stick with this majority/minority stuff.

Is being anti terrorist/m a bad thing in the US? No. But in some cultures it is.

It’s beyond culture. Racial discrimination is defined by law. The Civil Rights Act (specifically 1964) and all of the related following legislation defines it.

Plenty of definitions relating to specific situations. Here’s title VII which pertains to employment:

Discrimination can occur based on a variety of factors, including race. I don’t see much difference in racial discrimination and racism. It’s important to note, there is a different in practicing racism and simply having racist thoughts. People are free to think all the racist thoughts they want. It’s the act of racism which is the issue. (Cue the “thought police” argument which is on-brand for the conservative anti-anti-racism proponents.)
