Venezuela was prosperous & free much like here. They voted socialism in. Now they can’t even shoot their way out of it, the leftist as always got the guns away from the people first thing, just like they will here.

The left wants to take away our guns because they know they plan to do things to us that will make us want to turn our guns on them.

Chileans just overwhelmingly voted for a new constitution to introduce socialism.
Chile is now vuvu

you will have lower cost insulin whether you like it or not!

Wait! Don’t shoot!

Getting rid of the constitutionally enshrined Chicago School/ Pinochet stuff… right?

Yup. They’re tired of being the prisoners of the libertarian - fascist alliance.

No it wasn’t. The country was already failing as their form of capitalism didn’t benefit the average Venezuelan otherwise the atmosphere that led to the revolution wouldn’t of existed.

But that is besides the point because the Venezuelan model isn’t the one far left liberals want to enact

Well, they will likely just replace the prison guards.

Uh-huh…really are you that deluded? Before socialism they had food. They had toilet paper…(had to throw that in) Now they are starving.

Sounds like they would prefer new prison guards. The old ones tortured them and told them it was to fight communism.

Which model of socialism do you believe the ‘far left liberals’ wish to enact?

Yeah, well, we will see what’s better. In Cuba it was a bad government. They went commie & are much worse off. Change to get rid of a bad government is not good change if its for going commie. Never underestimate the ability of communists to make a bad situation worse. They usually do. Better they vote in freedom & not just switch despots.

Anxious to hear the answer for that!

A mixed market closer to the form of socialism practiced in Scandinavia

Yeah…Democratic Socialism…Pfffffffft!

And you will only have Trump to blame comrade. All he had to do was pretend he cared about American lives.

You wouldn’t see anything good from Trump if he saved your life.

You tell you!

Looks like it is more than just big companies interested in helping Democrats. But trying to preserve democracy.

Corporate America is breaking with Donald Trump

Executives are now more worried about democracy than their tax bills or the president’s tweets

Most notably, several of the US’s biggest industry groups joined forces on Tuesday on a statement as striking as it was anodyne. “We urge all Americans to support the process set out in our federal and state laws,” they wrote. That such traditionally cautious groups felt the need to say this speaks volumes. As anyone who has ever haggled over the phrasing of a statement with so many authors will tell you, its lowest-common-denominator wording was also as close as the business community will come to sending a shot across the president’s bows.
