Here’s my theory. The Trump trial is obviously meant to get Trump out of the picture because the democrats have screwed things up so badly that they can’t win without trying to dig up some 9-year-old alleged, expired misdemeanor and magically elevate it to a felony. And stack the jury with Trump haters. So here’s what I’m thinking. Trump will be found guilty.
Then Biden has his way out. Instead of getting trounced in a debate, he will say that he will not lower himself to debate a convicted felon.
Count on it!
Maybe Crooked Donald is just another criminal defendent and the gears of justice turn slowly but inevitably.
An appeals court just yesterday ruled that DC juries are capable of being fair and this is not a reason to overturn a conviction They did so in the case of a convicted J6 insurrectionist. This was a 3 judge panel that was 2/3 trumpy.
Got to be a hung jury. The instructions are so vague it will be easy for anyone to find Trump guilty of something. They have any of several alleged crimes to pick from to,say he was covering up. They don’t even have to be unanimous as to what crime he was covering up. Conversely, that makes it easy for anyone who doesn’t hate Trump to find him not guilty. Bound to be at least one of those.
That’s why the judge gave them a week off, so they could go out and be reminded of the consequences if they find him not guilty. Never underestimate the level of scumbaggery Libs will resort to to win. They will convict, and if they come back hung, the judge is sure to send them back in to rethink their choice. It’s been predetermined since 2015 they were going to get Trump with something.

Moving those goal posts again. We were told on this forum that Biden would not agree to debate yet he has, so now we need a new narrative.

Regardless of the verdict, this is just going to help Trump, not hurt him. No one that was going to vote for Trump is changing their vote. Many casual observers, or those on the fence will probably break towards Trump because of what’s happening. It’s what people do. It’s similar to what happens in many recall elections.

The jury was selected from a pool of Trump haters. Don’t be so sure.
However this turns out, there’s a legion of progressive activists that will dox and harass any juror who votes “incorrectly.”
