I disagree. My guess, and it’s a guess, is that those listed as Possession are possession with intent to distribute due to weight.

There are some good stats there.

Legalization is the right thing to do, it shouldn’t have ever been illegal in the first place. But claiming that there are thousands in prison now because of use/simple possession is false.
