I supported the bailout… better than a global financial meltdown. The failure of the Obama administration and congress was not enforcing any meaningful regulation or prosecuting fraud.

She is the one who, like most Americans, lives in a family that shares tales about ancestry. Many of those stories passed down through generations end up being false. Some are partially true. But of course those of you who will overlook even the most malicious of acts by the sitting President will act as if Warren committed a capitol offense when she claimed Native American ancestry.
Do you need one from the Federal Government?
Ally was one of the first, if not the first casualty of the CFPB and I had the opportunity to observe first hand how they operated. They have no one over their head to scrutinize their actions…NONE. Guess how they’re funded? Their funding comes from the fines they levy. They are a run away government entity that was out of control.
I would have been completely fine with breaking Ally up over discriminatory pricing.
The fines are simply the cost of doing business these days.
Ally was fined after a joint investigation found they were charging non whites higher interest rates than whites.
Well…that is totally unreasonable!
Damn regulations.
No one is better at weaponizing a single out of context statement by their enemy than the current Republican Party. I was for it before I was against it. You can keep your doctor. Deplorable. Pocahontas. They latch on tight and NEVER let go. One might even say they “cling”.

I would agree. Discriminatory pricing is wrong when it’s based on something other that credit history and ability to pay? The CFPB has yet to inform Ally with any distinct formula or calculation that pinpointed discriminatory practices. The CFPB’s findings were based on assumptions and innuendos.
Also a good example of white privilege. 
The fine they got was chump change to Ally and the $80 million went to go to make consumers whole.
Ally screwed up and was not diligent about the lending practices of third parties that it was working with.
Running cover for stealing money from consumers is pretty crazy inmo.
