The 2022 NFL season kicks off tonight with the defending Super Bowl champs Los Angeles Rams hosting the Buffalo Bills.
Questions for the upcoming season:
Will the Rams repeat?
I doubt it.
Will there still be some magic left for Tom Brady?
With no Gronk and injuries on the Bucs offensive line, he’s going to need a lot of magic to just make the playoffs.
Which team will be the most improved?
NFC: Saints
AFC: Jets (of course)
Which teams will make the playoffs?
NFC: Cowboys, Bucs, Saints, Rams, Packers, Saints, 49ers
AFC: Bills, Ravens, Chiefs, Titans, Bengals, Chargers, Colts
I’d put the Broncos in an AFC wild card spot. A steady QB is something they’ve been missing for a long time.
But when you get to the wild card spots, lots of things can happen. Not much point in debating something that low in the playoff picture so early in the season.
Dak has actually never been an all pro. But I’m assuming your post was sarcasm.
I’ve been a Cowboys fan since forever. I don’t know what caused Jerry Jones to change his ways, but he no longer prioritizes winning championships. At one point in time he would do anything to try to win. Made some good moves, made a lot of bad one’s too. But the effort was there.
All of that is gone now. It happened sometime around 2014. Now he’s just happy with keeping the team relevant. He measures success by team market value. And I’m not just saying this as a disgruntled fan. He’s actually doing this.
