1 - The last i understood -the plan, timelines involves 1st responders, essential employees, those at risk first and that was expected to take up to 90 days before it then hit the general public. is that you understanding as well? or did the timeline move up? * 2 - I wouldnt say 100%. No doubt. By September it will have been about six months. They should release everybody to live their lives and make their own decisions. If they want to cram into a football stadium, let them.
