You can’t be serious. Why are we concerned about a nuclear power? The same reason we have allowed China to get away with hacking us for decades, because the answer to nuclear powers hacking us are electronic defenses and counter measures, not a nuclear exchange.

Just what I was wondering. I searched online, and every source I could find said it was still set at 2 minutes until midnight. I’m not sure where the OP is getting his information.

Yeah, I checked as well, and no changes. They meet twice a year to discuss and reset as appropriate, not on an ad hoc basis; interestingly, the Cuban Missile Crises came and went in between meetings, so never impacted the clock at all (probably would have been set to a second before midnight at that point).

Why does the OP feel compelled to mislead? Oh, yeah, he’s just trolling . . . again.

If history is a guide, it could be argued that the closer “the clock” gets to midnight, the less likely that a global nuclear war will occur.

The official one. In my estimation, it went back 8 minutes. Didn’t think the left loons using it as a prop, would actually admit Trump scored big for world peace.

Deranged folks condemned Trump for being a Nationalist, then for being tool of Puntin. That’s a glaring contradiction.

Deranged left were horrified Trump would behave like a thug and spark WWIII, the implication being he would treat Putin badly and cause a war.

When Trump treated Putin Presidential, in a friendly manner as presidents always do at such things, the Derange left condemned him for not starting WWIII, reading the riot act.

The is a symptom of a deranged mind, holding contradictory beliefs at the same time.
