Be kind of amusing if this whole thing turns out to be a simulation and anyone who had an abortion gets the pants sued off them by other players who they denied entry to. Still, beats eternity in a lake of fire though.

How do we know when born human is dead?

Not by consciousness, otherwise I die every night when I go to sleep. That’s why I sleep in a king sized bed instead of a coffin.

Pretty sure you don’t want to use electrical activity in the brain as a standard because that begins really early.

Is it when consciousness ends forever?

Prove consciousness ends at physical death.

I wonder if any garbage human beings will make careers out of suing people for abortions. The same kind of people who make profit off of people’s mugshots. One win a month would be a $120,000 yearly income. Not bad in Texas.

Can’t say I understand that part of it at all.

EEG?

When can that be measured in a fetus?

This America, yo.

You don’t need an EEG, all you need is to know when neurons form. Because that’s what they do.

Don’t even have to be prolife. Just love money. Maybe Texas should reduce the reward to just a dollar if they want to prevent these types of people.

Or you know, leave it up to the criminal justice system like any other crime. Still, is it any different than offering rewards for tips on other crimes? I personally don’t like recruiting Americans to spy on their neighbors. Especially for financial gain. Plenty of nosy people who do it no charge.

At the end of the day you really are right.

I hope today’s right loves their new activist court making new law from the bench in their Shadow Dockets.

Activist judges be cool when they make new law today’s right agrees with.

Just because neurons form doesn’t mean they are active.

When can we measure EEG in a fetus?

How do we know when a born human is dead?

Well that’s a novel accusation, now inaction is making law.

Umm yes it does, that’s what they do, signal electrically, grow one in a dish it will signal, grow two they will signal back and forth.

Not just this decision.

And funny how the Court felt constrained by “procedure” this time when in earlier cases this year on the shadow docket they blew right through procedural roadblocks.

Don’t they already have another time limited abortion case on the docket? 15 weeks in some other state I believe.

I would love to see a study comparing the two.
