Be kind of amusing if this whole thing turns out to be a simulation and anyone who had an abortion gets the pants sued off them by other players who they denied entry to. Still, beats eternity in a lake of fire though.

Are new borns conscious? Convenient standard you have, given science doesn’t really know what consciousness is let alone the exact age it begins. But since most definitions would seem to require things that are tied to language I would say at a minimum it can’t begin until you have words for concepts like me and not me. If that’s your standard you will need to define what it is, when it begins and how that can be determined.

I wonder if any garbage human beings will make careers out of suing people for abortions. The same kind of people who make profit off of people’s mugshots. One win a month would be a $120,000 yearly income. Not bad in Texas.

Or you know, leave it up to the criminal justice system like any other crime. Still, is it any different than offering rewards for tips on other crimes? I personally don’t like recruiting Americans to spy on their neighbors. Especially for financial gain. Plenty of nosy people who do it no charge.

Don’t they already have another time limited abortion case on the docket? 15 weeks in some other state I believe.
