Karl Marx popularized the words “capitalist” and “capitalist mode of production” to attack a free market, free enterprise system, without having to use the prefix “free”. And those terms, “capitalist” and “capitalist mode of production” appear more than 2600 times in the Karl Marx trilogy “Das Kapital”.

The significant feature of “capitalism” is the investment and manipulation of capital to achieve an anticipated profit and/or goal.

”Agriculture, manufactures, commerce, and navigation, the four pillars of our prosperity, are the most thriving when left most free to individual enterprise.”

Freedom and a free enterprise system is what the enemies of our country want to undermine and destroy. They do not want to end capitalism. In fact, they want to use the force of government to engage in capitalism by confiscating the property you earn by the sweat of your labor and then “investing” it e.g., in money laundering operations under the guise of “green energy” and redistribute your paycheck to their pals.

Have you forgotten that under Obama’s form of capitalism and investments 80% of DOE Green Energy Loans Went to Obama Backers?

Please, with all due sincerity, never again confuse or conflate our free market, free enterprise system with that of “capitalism”.

No one disputes that racism still exists. Hatred has existed since civilization began. No government or society has ever eradicated hatred, or poverty and they never will. The government can not legislate morality and hatred and racism as well as every other social evil are products of peoples individual morality.

Here’s what you don’t get. People are selfish first and foremost. Get over it, it’s a fact and yes, throughout history, selfish people as individuals or with groups of like minded selfish people have gained power and wrought tremendous evil upon the people they rule. This is not unique to America during the years of slavery.

This isn’t the RF, but my point is based on Christian beliefs and proven by my observations of secular societies, again, throughout history.
I’ve quoted this scripture many times and I do so again “ The heart is deceitful above ALL things and desperately wicked, who can know it.” And I’ve quoted the secular parallel to this, it’s already been quoted in this thread but it ties in with my point, so for those of you who don’t believe in God I’ll quote it again too:” Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

The thing about you Libs is that you don’t believe in absolutes. Lib morality is based on the ever “evolving” morality of society. How’s that working out for you by the way? What social problem can you point to that has gotten better in the many decades you Libs have been implementing all your government programs and laws and confiscating and redistributing of tax payer money? In my opinion, the single biggest problem and the one that has compounded every other problem through time is the destruction of the nuclear family.

Since the 1960s, when no fault divorces came about ( not to mention womens lib, and all the joys of the sex, drugs and Rock and roll culture), the divorce rate has skyrocketed, out of wedlock births are now more prevalent than children of married couples, especially among the black communities, this has led to an ever increasing crime rate, poverty rate, the decline in our education system etc. Sorry, these things are on the Godless, of whom Libs and their secular philosophies and beliefs are in the majority. (Yes, too many conservatives have contributed to these things as well.)

Here’s a couple simple rules given out thousands of years ago that would alleviate a lot of problems in society: “ THOU SHALT NOT COMMIT ADULTERY” and “ THOU SHALT NOT COVET” Simple huh? Yet because society wants to deny the existence and the authority of the God who gave these rules (and 8 more in case you weren’t aware) then nobody has any right to make these laws let alone enforce them.

BTW, did you know the same God that gave those 2 rules also made the American system of slavery that existed until 1865 punishable by death? He did! But again, no God, no absolutes so society just has to rely on the innate goodness of man to bring about the Lib Utopia you think our government, despite any evidence whatsoever, will achieve if only the right woke, enlightened people were put in office.

I’ll check back with you in a couple more centuries to see how that’s going….
