Texas Sen. Ted Cruz re-introduced the Ensuring Lawful Collection of Hidden Assets to Provide Order Act -better know as the EL CHAPO Act- this week; urging American lawmakers to use confiscated funds from the drug kingpin to build the President’s border wall.

Seems like this would be away to resolve the issue and in a round about way have Mexico pay for the Wall.
Mexico seems to do nothing to help resolve the many issues involved and will be interesting to find out just how many of our politicians were involved.
