“A total of 1,600 patients have been treated by Tampa General with monoclonal antibodies. “By targeting towards the virus, this therapy prevents infection that can keep patients out of the emergency room,” said Kim, who also leads the monoclonal antibodies clinic. “People have less severe disease and aren’t going to give it to others, it’s an important treatment,” she noted.”

“The antibodies are administered through an IV for just an hour or two. The treatment, which was administered to President Donald Trump when he was hospitalized in October, works best for COVID-19 positive patients who developed symptoms in the previous 7 days.”

…….

“Tampa General officials said the treatment has proven “highly effective” at keeping at-risk patients out of emergency rooms and intensive care units. It is considered appropriate for those over 55 who have underlying health issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure and respiratory illnesses, and for everyone age 65 and up.”

Was the Tweet Meanie a guinea pig for this treatment, or has it been available the whole time?

It’s one of the early treatments that our MSM kept denouncing and lying about its success.

Well, they needed as many dead bodies as possible. It was an election year, after all.

Hospitals cause more deaths by accident than cars by like 5 times or more…

I wonder why Sweden’s death rate is so much lower than the United States when only half of its adult population has been vaccinated.

"But a year later the evidence is overwhelming that Sweden got the pandemic mostly right. Sweden’s overall mortality rate in 2020 was lower than most of Europe and its economy suffered far less. Meanwhile, today Sweden is freer and healthier than virtually any other country in Europe.

As much of the world remains gripped in fear and nations devise new restrictions to curtail basic freedoms, Sweden remains a vital and shining reminder that there is a better way."

The Swedish approach has minimized the level of fear and stress in the community. Fear and stress compromise the immune system and drive many to despair, passivity and compliance. The experts in other countries have used the pandemic to maximize fear and stress to produce a more compliant citizenry. This strategy has suppressed immunity and produced more deaths

How does Sweden compare with other Scandinavian countries?

You can’t find that out for yourself?

He doesn’t seem to know that Sweden is not a Scandanavian country. It’s Nordic.

Well that’s not true. MSM did not attack monoclonal antibody treatment.

It attacked its use on the economic front because of how expensive it was.

I thought one death was too many when Trump was I office and it was lacking in compassion to cause death by withholding treatment. Now saving a life is too expensive?

Baloney! Many MSM outlets kept downplaying it as unproven, experimental and risky, while so-called “right-wing media outlets” whose guests advocated the treatment, were labeled as “right-wing” media that shouldn’t be listen to.

No saving a life when others suffer is the argument

You thought wrong

I don’t agree with that position by the way. In part anyway.

Yeah no. It was expensive. It was also newish.

Funnily enough you just posted the same arguments your side is making about mrna. Snicker.

Without a Fifth Column Media and Yellow Journalism [our MSM], and activist traitorous judges and Justices, the crisis at our southern border would never have grown to what now amounts to an outright invasion and threatens the general welfare of the United States and her citizens.

How about we put politics aside for a moment.

This is good news. We need more than just the vaccine.

We need to supplement the vaccine. Do you think because the vaccine is free of charge to you that it doesn’t cost money or is not making profits for the manufacturer?

If you keep reading you’ll see that i don’t agree with the position.

Common sense seems to not be very common these days. Aside from that, being vaccinated does not prevent one from getting the virus, nor transmitting the virus, and the virus, regardless of vaccines, is probably here to stay.

What is important at this stage is finding ways to immediately and effectively treat those who contract the virus and are likely to suffer significant effects from it.

The mass hysteria by some now permeating throughout the country is not helping the situation. It’s adding to avoidable consequences.
