The more foundational question is this: How many old order Amish businesses are there at all in the United States?
I still maintain that if the commission does not investigate whether the couple targeted the Baker for their religion, then they are hostile.

The words of Jesus are never irrelevant. You know He was asked this question.

compatible with these precedents.
Not with the Constitution?
Does the SCOTUS put more weight on their own decisions or the Constitution?

Thatâs not where that word came from.
To partisans party is all that matters.
Interesting. You keep talking about the law but I havenât seen anyone demonstrate âtangible harmâ that was actually caused in a single one of these cases. None of these bakers ended up keeping these weddings from going forward and the courts say tangible harm is required to have âstandingâ in a case. Unless youâre gay, apparently.
Never mind that these laws wouldnât be needed in the first place if people were capable of acting like adults instead of petulant children when they donât get their way.
Oh well.
Maybe tommy sticks wasnât fun after they didnât get their favorite cake.
âUhinged lib.â Youâre so original. Iâm super serious.
Well, it isnât like they took their money and then refused to do business with them. Or kept them from getting the same exact service somewhere else. Next, these people will be demanding that pastors be forced to perform the ceremony.
âCompatible with these precedentsâ, not compatible with the Constitution. But hey, youâre perfectly ok with the Federal government justifying not following the Constitution because a branch of the Federal government said it was ok. Makes sense.

Probably felt perfectly fine with âwe investigated ourselves and found ourselves clear of any wrongdoingâ as well.
