There is no surer way to weaken, subdue and bring to its knees a prosperous and freedom loving country than by flooding it with deadly drugs, an inflated currency and the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries.

Dissenting, Justice Samuel Alito accused the Biden administration for releasing "into this country untold numbers of aliens who are very likely to be removed if they show up for their removal hearings.

“This practice violates the clear terms of the law,” Alito said, “but the court looks the other way.”

The ruling was 5-4

Associate Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas and Amy Coney Barrett dissented.

It’s actually possible to agree with some of their decisions and disagree with others.

Note what Alito states:

“Due to the huge numbers of aliens who attempt to enter illegally from Mexico, DHS does not have the capacity to detain all inadmissible aliens encountered at the border, and no one suggests that DHS must do the impossible. But rather than avail itself of Congress’s clear statutory alter native to return inadmissible aliens to Mexico while they await proceedings in this country, DHS has concluded that it may forgo that option altogether and instead simply re lease into this country untold numbers of aliens who are very likely to be removed if they show up for their removal hearings. This practice violates the clear terms of the law, but the Court looks the other way.”

Why does the Democrat Party Leadership import millions of other country’s poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries into the United States when we have a housing shortage in the U.S., and have trouble caring for our own needy citizens?

"The court remanded the case to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to determine if a Department of Homeland Security memo issued Oct. 29 “was arbitrary and capricious.” Once that ruling is determined, the case can be appealed again. The lower court would decide if DHS is violating federal immigration law by releasing illegal immigrants into the U.S. instead of detaining them.

While many are reporting the ruling ends the program, the court’s ruling remands the case back to the lower court".

And so, the fight is not over!

It really is interesting how very few were convinced that everyone coming over the border was a bad dude until Trump came along. Is there data on who is coming over the border is what you describe?

everyone? are

“bad dudes”?

How about “Public Charge” dudes?

All things to consider during his next Administration.

That’s strange. Especially the likes that you got. Does that apply to Liz Cheney or just the Supreme Court? Asking for a narrative.

Desantis isn’t ending DACA

Neither is newsome :joy::joy:

But Trump!

Why not?

from Ron DeSantis on Immigration

DACA is unconstitutional; opposes any path to citizenship

Q: Support path to citizenship for America’s 11 million illegal immigrants, including “DACA” recipients or “Dreamers,” who grew up in the US after being brought here as children?
Ron DeSantis (R): No. Considers DACA unconstitutional. Opposes any path to citizenship. DACA “amnesty” would further incentivize illegal immigration & chain migration. Fire officials who abet sanctuary cities.
