Already said, it does count.
Neither is ok.
Mrs. Jackson easily stands out as a good candidate due to her experience. Sheâs supremely qualified.
Honestly, if I was her, I would be offended reading Bidenâs speech.
Can she, as a wise black woman, make better decisions than a white male? It was good enough to get Sotomayor on the court.
Yeah i know all that which is why iâm not really into the pick. Itâs gonna be bad for conservatives (pro constitutionalists) regardless.
No use fighting it. It is Brandonâs pick and we will just have to live with it.
I think he was exceptionally stupid in the way he announced it would be a black woman which eliminated about 94 percent of the population and disregarded qualifications.
If he had been smart he would have declared he was going to get the most qualified and then later announced that this Jackson in his opinion was the most qualified.
I suppose he was catering to the woke radical base in doing it the way he did.
Kind of a turn off to even independents imo which isnât smart.

What will she bring to the bench that will make the âgood additionâ?

I would be too.
Imagine having to listen to it.

Race is what makes a person the best person for the job.
Iâm speaking solely of her qualifications. Sheâs a qualified individual with a good amount of experience. Thatâs all I can ask for in SCOTUS candidate. Iâm sure she will use that experience when deliberating decisions.
Iâm sure I have a ton of issues with her political leanings (after all, a president will only nominate a candidate who shares at least a part of their ideology), but I try to avoid bringing those into a discussion on whether she will be a good judge or not. Thatâs probably naive of me, but itâs a principle of mine.
I supported Barret for the same reason. She was qualified for the job. Same with Jackson. Barret is ideologically closer to me, but I tried to separate that from what I feel really matters; experience in the legal system.

Ketesha is the price of James Clyburn and the South Carolina primary.

Thankfully this nonsense will be over soon. On to the Post Racial World, Huzzah!
Racial discrimination only matters in one direction apparently.

I just did a little research on our latest nominee to SCOTUS.
Same with trump.
Picked the best person from the type he had chosen to replace RBG.

Public defender.
Appeals court judge.
Passed the senate last time, will pass the senate this out.

You wonât have to imagine it. Donât worry.
I would not at all be offended if I were her. She is very well qualified and those qualifications can stand on her own. The only people ignoring her qualifications are conservatives.
No, the liberals have crushed her. Just like they crushed Obama, who the liberals crushed because he was an [affirmative action president.] (Obama: The Affirmative Action President - American Thinker)
He never recovered and Americans still regard him that way.
But seriously, I love the concern trolling: Weâre going to be â â â â â â â â about this qualified candidate because liberals! I feel so bad for her!
I hope sheâs smarter than Obamaâs picks.

Nope, he wanted Childs, as did Lindsey Graham.
