Roberts did not say the restrictions were constitutional. He denied the emergency appeal based on them “appearing” consistent with the first amendment. The case will continue in the regular order. So what’s it about? I believe, Like they have in the past (Japanese interment comes to mind), the court is side stepping the issue until the perceived danger passes.

It’s not your choice how I follow my faith. That’s the entire point. I cannot get the same out of church by going to Zoom.

We opened back up 3 weeks ago. No limit on attendance either.

Tn has a more reasonable governor.

Our Pastor never shut down. At times he had only a few people in attendance, but the doors were open…

No according to my daughter who is an ICU nurse. Who has been traveling working at hospitals across the country taking care of covid patients. She says no worse than influenza. Not as bad as SARS and MERS patients she has taken care of through the years.

People like Mob are under the false impression is that everything is constitutional UNTIL it’s been ruled otherwise.

They don’t seem to get that there is no justification for such a ruling unless it was unconstitutional from the start.
