You do to me. Not libs, critprogs. Admittedly as a solo you’re tolerable.
Get off the bandwagon.

You claim they are a danger to all communities. Was denying them bail legitimate?
I claim that their planning can fall into the definition of being a danger to the community.
Me in a black robe - no Bail should be reserved for very specific cases - murder, clear recidivism, sexual offenses against minors.

What does the Bail Act of 1984 say?

The 8th Amendment does not say that denying bail is cruel and unusual punishment.

Amanda Knox wasn’t arrested and tried for a crime that was unique to Italy, or any other country for that matter.

Do you not understand how absurd that argument is in context with the Jan 6 indictments?
Again the guys who planned. I referencing judt that subset. It was still a riot and not an insurrection.

What community would be affected by those people being out of custody on bail? What do you think they were going to do and to whom if they were allowed to go home?
I don’t agree with the decision. Never said i did. We are discussing what falls into the very subjective definition of danger to the community n

Planning what? Danger to whom? Please elaborate.
To the community. You know what the planning involved. Again. I didn’t say i agree. Not once.

You obviously are scared, or you wouldn’t be endorsing the denial of bail. But you haven’t described what you are scared of. “Danger to the community” doesn’t describe anything.
Discussing what falls into the subjective definition of danger to community isn’t endorsing it
I really want to know who taught you guys to discuss things like this. Like who is holding lessons on obfuscation.?

They don’t plan anything that either put or continues to put the community in danger.
That’s great. I don’t necessarily disagree.

But yet you are defending that action.
