Do they?
What do you think this entire environmental/global warming ■■■■ is coming from? It’s to control social agenda.

Take healthcare…universal single payer system. Sounds good. But once you give them the power to fund your healthcare what comes next?
You see that’s the problem. Their are always strings attached.

Of course.
But right now, there are strings attached to who controls my healthcare.
I’m on my wife’s insurance. It’s very good insurance, as far as health insurance goes. But there are already a lot of strings, and it’s not particularly cheap.

Now imagine what it would be if goverment gets involved…and then it become political.

The government is already involved - almost entirely on the side of the insurance companies. It’s already political.

I’m talking about lifestyle/foods etc.
I don’t see that as quite the natural progression that you seem to. But that sort of thing already is an issue, if you’re trying to just buy a plan on the “open market”.

Yes it’s social on the propaganda level but it boils down to government control of private industry for the better food. That’s economical not social.
I agree with corporate responsibility.

There come problems. The balancing of the equities though.
Let’s say what comes next is control but is that better than bankruptcy because of medical issues. Balancing of both is difficult

People like the idea of freedom, they just think government exists to give it to them.

What budget are you referring to? Last time I checked the feds haven’t had one of those passed in years, certainly not within Trumps tenure in office.

The folks who voted for biden are demanding freebies the likes of which have never been seen before. Paid off student loans is just one example.
The libs know that.

I had no problem with the trans fat ban, that stuff isn’t food. Nobody should be allowed to sell it as food. Even though I swear KFC chicken was better with it and I grew up on southern food soaked in Crisco.

Are there libs wanting to ban beef?
There are loony-tunes out there who want to ban pretty much anything.
But no, there’s no lib conspiracy trying to ban beef.
