Overseas we had four pretty stable years and some good foreign policy progress, the Abraham Accords, no wars, strong messages sent (who/what was it we blew up while Trump was having desert with XI? I forget the whole story but it sent a message). Now we are on the brink of WWIII. Maybe the world will pull back, maybe it’s already started. Guess the man who said Biden was wrong about every foreign policy decision is still batting 1000.

Larry Kudlow on tv the other day in his Monologue said Trump would have been in contact with Putin directly when he started rattling sabers calling his bluff. I believe Kudlow.

Trump told us if we elect Biden we’ll get $7 or $8 a gallon gas. Sure looks like he was right.

I have no doubt Putin has been prepping for this, although God bless the courage of the Ukrainians. But to hypothetically say with such grand certainty “he would have done this no matter what”…

We know what happened in Crimea in 2014…we know what you all said would happen post 2016 that didn’t…and we know the world watched America look like a collection of bumbling fools last August in Afghanistan…actual smart people warned then this could be next…(edited to add), isn’t it just really comforting to know that the same geniuses who gave us the Afghanistan withdrawal are now telling the senile old man in the White House how to deal with Putin. It is wild how Bill Barr was able to actually remove words from the Mueller report in his summary to make the thing say something it didn’t say and simply bank on people not reading the thing.

We have an immediate crisis which has no good solutions…but building a bunch if EV charging stations certainly ain’t going to solve it. America runs on gas, diesel, oil…even if we start ramping up production today it will take time for new supply to reach the market.

I heavily support EVs. Always have.

I don’t think battery EVs are necessarily the solution for environmental cleanliness (the environmental costs of lithium mining and the difficulties of recycling them have to be factored in) but they are step in the right direction until we can perfect some sort of hydrogen based fuel system to provide electricity for an electric motor.
