Appreciate your opinion.
However, House of Representatives impeached Trump. Its part of history. No matter what one’s opinion is on the matter.
2 1/2 yrs of questionable election acts? You don’t believe Dems won the House back fairly? Should we stick to a one party rule? Trump would love that…wait, he had that for two years.
purely for political purposes
impeachment*****
Trump was impeached because of Trump’s actions during his tenure as President of the USA.

The D won the house back in 2018 largely on the uncertainty of the Mueller report and moderate stances of swing district candidates.
Fair? No really. It is the way the system functions and at the time seemed reasonable.
Now that we see the FISA abuses and the bigger picture the D are over-reaching at a minimum.
No I do not want a one party rule. I like the give and take. I don’t like how much the D have had to cheat to “get” Trump.
The amazing thing is that Trump has not given them anything more than hearsay and their own election meddling projection.

rp5x5:
The incompetent impeachment=Treason.
The lying, obstruction of the will of the 2016 overwhelming vote, are tactics which are illegal and out of place in the United States of America.=Treason
Allowing criminal to invade and root themselves in the United States is illegal and those doing that are committing a crime=Treason
Creating and staging false flag events in America=Treason
Leaking, undermining and conspiring with foreign interests to steal money=Treason
AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT! MU HA HA.
Socialist Canadian Media? Really??? We’re supposed to accept that? That’s funny.

Dems won the House back based on healthcare and jobs and squashing the notion that a caravan of migrants was full of MS-13 and murderers.
At a point when the National Weather Service and the National Archives are both distorting obvious truths so as not to offend Trump’s weak ego, given that Trump’s man heads OMB what can you expect from OMB other than obedience to the President?

Just 1 of 11 times OMB found Obamma to have violated the law . . .
Why didn’t the Dem’s demand impeachment any of the 11 times?
Inquiring minds want to know . . .
Isn’t that called . . . what’s the word I’m looking for . . . . selective prosecution?
As explained below, we conclude that OSTP’s use of appropriations to fund its
participation in the Innovation Dialogue and the S&ED violated the prohibition in
section 1340. In addition, because section 1340 prohibited the use of OSTP’s
appropriations for this purpose, OSTP’s involvement in the Innovation Dialogue and
the S&ED resulted in obligations in excess of appropriated funds available to OSTP;
as such, OSTP violated the Antideficiency Act, 31 U.S.C. § 1341(a)(1)(A).
Or is it somehow (D)ifferent?

I know this is a CEC talking point, and some feel obligated to repeat it over and over as if it is in any ways factual…
…but once again, Trump was not impeached for violating the Impoundment Act.
I would say the fifteenth time this has been addressed would stop the use of this talking point…
…but I know better.

I am continually amazed that anything against this President = treason.
I’m fairly certain that those sprinkling that word have no idea what the consequences are for treason. And if they do, and continue to use the word, are advocating that political adversaries be hung? Wouldn’t that equate to creating a dictatorship?
Was there anything noteworthy in the turnout for any of the age demographics in the 2018 midterm elections?

OK. Those are all issues that should be at the top of the list for 2020.
I hope that D can keep their focus on them. They will need to since Trump policy is better on every count.
They will be.
I’m already seeing local ads for congressional seats where the focus is healthcare and jobs (at least the Dem side).
@Konssurvative1 That’s reasonable as I know my comments, coming from an Aussie, are readily accepted here.

You mean, kinda like they don’t know what “Coupe D’etat” means?

Lets see your proof that all the red and purple district dems the won ran on impeaching Trump?
Because if I remember right the dems elected in red and purple districts ran as moderates. They talked about working with the other side and getting things done. Without them the crazies libs would not have the house.

It’s like they forgot that treason is something you commit against a nation rather than against an individual. It is possible to betray someone. It is quite impossible to commit treason against them.

Can you please cite the statute in violation for pursuing the constitutional procedure of impeachment?
