What happened to the presumption of innocence until proved guilty?

It would seem to be the case given some of the posts on this thread. However, I do recall multiple posts on other threads on this site that have assured me that there is a presumption of innocence until proved guilty in the USA.

That’s not a law.

It exists nowhere but in court and only in theory there.

It simply means the prosecution has to prove it’s case rather than the defense which in practice is far from true since all the advantage goes to the state.
