The now is being taken care of. Turn on the news and pay attention

is there any requirement for them to offer sick leave.
or this just hope and prayers

It’s just good business. They’ll get 100% deductions &/or tax credits for carrying their employees depending on the final bill.

How about you stop telling me what to do for once?

Think about this…the right cried and cried about obama taking over as socialism…now…nope…

so you think trump is panicking?

I don’t think you understand the bill and the exclusion.

It was easier to contain because by and large it was not contagious until after symptoms were displaying.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNEMT ISN"T PAYING FOR THE SICK LEAVE!

Jesus christ, could you do a little research before spouting off like you know everything?

The bill require teh COMPANY to pay 2 weeks of sick leave at full pay, and another 10 weeks at 2/3 pay if they are taking time to be treated for Covid-19. For which they can get a tax credit. Which does you know good if you don’t make any money this year.

Unless you are a company larger than 500. Then you don’t have to pay your employees sick time so they can battle Covid. Because…why?

Markets seem to be settling down today

Blah blah blah. You were all over the let them get foreclosed on Tea Party stuff. And then surprise, surprise, Republican politicians change their tune, so do you.

It could be the news of the malaria drug they are looking at to fight coronavirus or the market could crash 700 points by 4:00pm :man_shrugging:

Haha who knows really.

From a technical perspective I like the chart now. Volume looks like capitulation. We may bounce off 18,500ish for a few months. May go back to 23k before going down again. I’d just like to see some damn stability.

I’d like us to stay in 19000 and 20000 for a few weeks to establish a base

I rebalanced a lot of my portfolio into VGT and T. I think info tech and telecom are good buys for the rest of the year. Bought into some of my total market etf some more this week and last too

VTI is a very solid pick if and let’s hope they do get this under control the Tech sector should shoot up like a rocket.

I’m still awestruck by the oil collapse. That XOM chart is nasty

I meant to type VGT earlier.

VTI is my total us market etf.

VGT is info tech sector - online / digital payments, then msft aapl nvidia etc

Ya unless there is some major deal that takes place or Saudi Arabia is blown off the map I wouldn’t touch the oil sector right now with a 10 foot poll, I take some risks but it just looks bad.
