Biden would have known there was about to be unleashed a worldwide pandemic from a new virus that had not been announced yet, ant that it would crush stock markets around the world.

So if Trump wanted the markets to stabilize, he would have:

• Made sure we were producing tons of test kits so that when it hit our shores we were ready to test and track and test some more.
• Made sure the airports were staffed properly for when thousands of americans flew home from europe after he announced the ban on travel.
• Made sure hospitals had access to the equipment they would need to handle this crisis.
• Made a nationwide policy decisions instead of letting the news drip out state by state that businesses are closing.

The market still would go down, but it would be a more organized revaluation.
