Now you have Mitch McConnell nationwide abortion ban is possible.

Well that’s going to open more doors for government control/authority over ones health.

According to the legal definition of “civil right”

A civil right is an enforceable right or privilege, which if interfered with by another gives rise to an action for injury.

Yup.

Make your case.

Just health???

And republican at that.

It is not necessary to answer it in a way everyone will accept. It just requires enough people with the constitutional authority to accept and codify an answer.

If the baby is a person, and if the constitution means persons by “men”, the foetus’ right to life is protected. If “men” means humans, the foetus is protected. If “men” means neither human nor person, the constitution leaves it to states.

And so now, the SCOTUS with more than one female on board, has (almost, possibly) ruled differently.

All the lib white males are the maddest of anyone.

Hmmmmmm.

We’re denying the right to life of that possible child. Men should be forced to conceive a child if they have sex.

Well you know me…no.

We are citizens, not subjects.

Then we are on same page. This is where I see this as a slippery slope.

What an odd thing to try to say. Does overturning Roe make tubal ligations or hysterectomies illegal?

Which rights? Consenting to the sex act that caused the pregnancy is an implicit decision to limit your subsequent freedoms according to the outcome of the sex.

Based on what principle of law?

“All men have an inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

What article of the Constitution is that in?
