Steven Spielberg WON'T be Directing the Next Indiana Jones Movie

Steven Spielberg won’t be directing the next Indiana Jones movie. James Mangold, who directed Logan and Ford V. Ferrai is in talks to direct.

This is quite a shocker. I hope Mangold is up to the task.

Considering the mess of Kingdum of the Crystal Skull, that might be good news.

But considering Kingdum of the Crystal Skull, maybe everyone should back out and call it a day.

Don’t break your hip, Indi!

Yeah, they probably just shouldn’t make one. The crystal scull thing aside, Ford is old. Geriatric spelunking doesn’t sound entertaining. Plus, they already made that movie, Cocoon.

Indiana Jones 5: the search for my back pill.

There’s no need for this movie to exist at all.

Oh noes not Fedora the explorer

It can be the bookend used as a door stopper. Maybe even give a little prestige to the crystal scull by out-despicabling it.

I liked the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, but I also watched the movie without any adult expectations, the same way I watched the trilogy as a kid.

The kid from transformers ruined it for me. I could have dealt with the aliens.

Rumor has it the working title is “Indiana Jones and the Search for the Lost Empire”. Basically Indy is searching for the lost empire of the species we know as Bigfoot in the northern forest of Canada.
