the point is about somewhere between 1% and 5% of the money may have been skimmed by one guy apparently with help from one other. if so, prosecute them. i’m not into persecution. how much are the other two involved?

So if the skimmed 1M from a 2M fund, that would be a worse crime? And if the skimmed 1M from a 500M fund, that would be a lessor crime?

moving on. i don’t have a problem with that. but don’t pretend destroying evidence under a subpoena is no big deal. she got away with it. she shouldn’t have, but she had enough people in the right places to protect her long enough to make it go away.
