Are you still trying to assert that’s why the McCloskeys came out armed?
Why weren’t those who robbed and burned down buildings arrested on site?

There was a news video posted in this thread that showed the beginning of the incident. Look for it.
It shows the crowd simply walking through the open, undestroyed gate and then immediately being confronted by Mr. McCloskey,
That video shows that the crowd reacted calmly, indeed in a slightly amused manner, to the McCloskeys.
Now…on this video, which was filmed by someone in the crowd, no one could be heard to threaten the McCloskeys. His angry calls for them to leave were heard though.
Not saying threats didn’t happen though, as this is a video clip, of course.
But what the clip clearly shows is a crowd walking through an open gate and not destroying it.
As an aside, I was on family vacation and decided to go to Mpls to show the family some of my old stomping ground around the Uptown, LynLake area. It was shocking how much the place looked like a war zone and I passed the above liquor store and other buildings burned down. It seems the city is still in shock from the riots and it made me sad to see my beloved Mpls in such a subdued state.
Seeing the devastation first hand was tough but enlightening and there were definite signs of hope in the area. The Floyd paintings were everywhere.
Is there a different reality than the one shown in the videos from that date?

We did see…in this thread.
Are you really going to believe your lying eyes?

Maybe it happened as soon as the gate went out of view…in the ten seconds between when the gate was entered and when Mr. McCloskey came out…and it was done silently to boot.
I honestly don’t know what else to say.
“Come get it, we’re going to kill the cops today!”
Sounds peaceful to me.

But did they? I thought we were suppose to pay attention to actions and not words
So now what people say doesn’t matter, got it.
And the same people who say they dont matter when they’re spoken by our President are shaking in their boots when words they dont like are spoken by fellow citizens
Would holding up a crucifix and chanting “The power of Christ compels you!” to the protesters constitute holding a weapon?

This is a cute lib half-truth talking point.
What was the context? You make it sound like he’s saying to take guns from anyone.
You know the context, though, and conveniently choose to make your claim out of context. (Or maybe you do NOT know the context, and the lib media are leading you by the nostrils.

He was saying to seize weapons from citizens before they were even charged with a crime.
That’s the only context that’s needed.

Heck. It’s a selected still shot from a video. She was waving the pistol at the entire crowd.
Just more lib dishonest fabricated narrative here.

Besides. It’s not Missouri law being applied here. It was local enforcement taking this action.
But hey… “Missouri law” sounds more convincing, I guess.
