Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez defended Bernie Sanders’ disastrous performance at the ballot box last Tuesday on Fox News this week; saying rampant youth “voter suppression” led to his loss in Michigan.
“You did a campaign event at the University of Michigan… Those kids did not show up overall in this race. How can you say the progressive position is still prevailing nationwide when Joe Biden is winning so much?” asked Bret Baier.

“I think one thing that isn’t being talked about is the rampant voter suppression in this country. Where we had that rally, those kids were waiting three hours in line to vote in Michigan,” said Ocasio-Cortez.
“Just to be clear, you’re saying that you think that voters didn’t get to vote who wanted to vote in Michigan,” pressed the Fox News host.
“Absolutely,” responded the Congresswoman.
