The question is…will corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland indict indictment on the 9th?

And from what I am seeing, if Trump jumps in he very well might lose enough primaries that he won’t be the candidate. I truly think that Trump believes that he is more popular then he really is.

Unless it is a case where, even if he broke the law, a reasonable prosecutor would not bring charges. That is the declared FBI rule.

No doubt the Biden administration will carefully examine all the facts and the law associated with the case and make a decision based on what they think will help them politically. Based on that, they may well not indict.
Would it necessarily serve the Democrats best to have DeSantis running but supported by a victimized Trump?
