I’m very familiar with unions. In my working lifetime I belonged to three, all trade unions. And their development programs were of benefit to young trade professionals and older rank and file keeping informed and educated in the changing construction codes and technology.
The teachers unions? Well let’s just say the state of education and their political activism by the leadership? I’m not a fan.
They were blinded by a maniacal ideology and were dumbasses.
Neither should have put themselves into the volatile situations that would risk their safety especially the moron that carried his firearm into a protest that was aggressive toward federal law enforcement.
