even though it was just barely a tropical storm imelda is bringing massive flooding to parts of east texas.
2 feet or more of rain has fallen in parts of the area. they are evacuating some hospitals and people are trapped on the interstate.
the cajun navy is once again preparing to send watercraft to assist in rescues
